Teatro Real Digital Channels

Engage with a younger audience

Teatro Real, with its 200 years of rich history and esteemed reputation worldwide, faces the challenge of an aging audience. To address this issue and enhance operational efficiency, the Theatre initiated a digital transformation project in collaboration with Telefónica España. As the Product Design team, we played a pivotal role in reshaping their online presence and establishing a new digital strategy.

Throughout this process, we assisted the Teatro Real team in gaining deeper insights into evolving customer journeys. Our approach involved aligning the website, mobile app, and their OTT platform, “My Opera Player,” into a cohesive strategy centered around ticketing. This integrated framework not only modernized their digital channels but also improved user engagement and accessibility for a broader audience.
